Products: After receipt of a product, requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@r5online.com within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping costs).
Videos: Returns/refunds are not available on video downloads.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@r5online.com with your name and the item(s) from your order. After 24 hours, our return policy (above) goes into effect.
